Black Hole

Astronomers have been studying the black holes since the 18th century. However, it can not be found through the binoculars.

At this time, 2 black holes have been found. A black hole is about 50 million light-years away from M87 Galaxy. Another black hole Sagittarius A* is from the Earth, which is 26 thousand light-years from our planet.

These Black holes are filmed by the Event Horizon Telescope (EHT).

பதினெட்டாம் நூற்றாண்டிலிருந்து கருந்துளைகள் பற்றி வானவியல் ஆராய்ச்சியாளர்கள் ஆய்வு செய்து வருகின்றனர். இருந்தாலும் இதனை தொலைநோக்கியின் மூலமாக காண முடியவில்லை. 

இந்நிலையில் தற்சமயம் 2 கருந்துளைகள் கண்டுபிடிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. இதில் ஒரு கருந்துளை M87  கேலக்ஸியில் இருந்து 50 மில்லியன் ஒளி ஆண்டு தூரத்தில் உள்ளது. மற்றொரு கருந்துளை சகிட்டரியஸ்  A* நம் பூமியில் இருந்து 26 ஆயிரம் ஒளி ஆண்டு தொலைவில் உள்ளது. 

இந்த கருந்துளைகளை ஈவன்ட் ஹாரிசன் தொலைநோக்கி மூலம் படம்பிடிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
